You will need to add in your own:
- AccountSID,
- AuthToken,
- Twiml ApplicationSID,
- WorkspaceSid
- WorkflowSids (Sales, Support, Billing, Managers, OOO)
You will need to configure the above workspaces, workflows, taskqueues and assorted workers via the TaskRouter Console
