You will need to add in your own:

  • AccountSID,
  • AuthToken,
  • Twiml ApplicationSID,
  • WorkspaceSid
  • WorkflowSids (Sales, Support, Billing, Managers, OOO)

You will need to configure the above workspaces, workflows, taskqueues and assorted workers via the TaskRouter Console
