Cleanup examples

The examples are not very good. We should clean them up for better viewability, and proper filter functionality.

Yea, they're really just whatever harnesses I jammed together to test new
features.

We should step back and do some more clear examples, perhaps building them
off the "live demo" on the main page.

We should also add docs, at least minimal ones to document all the options.
It should be possible to use XML doc comments in the C# and jsdoc in the
griddly.js, and then pull those out and jam them into a doc file structure
in the site.

I just haven't gotten time to do any of those things yet. If you have time
and knock some of those out, and you want me to push a new version of
griddly.com, let me know.
