Having an issue launching.

So I just got my Onexplayer Mini 6800U and saw this handy tool could let me set custom wattage profiles on a per game basis, which would be really helpful, I installed .NET 6.0 SDK package and all the other .NET 6.0 Stuff but every time I launch it I get a pop up saying
"Search for app in the Store?"
and "You need to install an app for this task. Would you like to search for one in the Store?"
What did I do wrong, is there anything else I need to install?
