agent_portrayal isn't changing color of agent in Jupyter visualization

Describe the bug
When passing in agent_portrayal to the Jupyter visualization function( JupyterViz) the agents in the chart are all the standard Blue color.

Expected behavior
Different agents should have different colors on the chart.

Additional context
This was the case using VSCode's internal Jupyter Notebook and launching Jupyter Lab from the command line

Looks like there was an issue due to case sensitivity
