More verbose bwt2fa

I did some first testing of bwt2fa. It seems that it works great. Would be just possible to make this command more verbose? It currently doesn't print anything. It would be great if it could provide some indication of progress (e.g., to print a line every 1/10th of the FASTA reconstruction; something like bwa index). Thanks!
