SOE manifest parser
Note: it has since been discovered that plain-text (xml) manifests are available on the patch servers by adding .txt to the URL. E.g. http://manifest.patch.station.sony.com/patch/sha/manifest/h1z1/live/play/current/live.sha.soe.txt
