This extension tries to make life easier for those who have to use Microsoft Skype. It makes use of the Skype API to integrate some of the main features into GNOME Shell. To install this extension download the source from here, extract it into ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/ and then restart GNOME Shell by typing Alt+F2 and 'r'.
