Changes the metadata of the photo from file name.(Date Taken and Location only)
The filename should be like "01-01-2020_Kochi - India.jpg"
Pre-requisites:
geopy : for converting the city name to latitude and longitude
exiftool: For changing the date and setting the Location.
This python file is called by mac automator and will be running as a service.
