- all dates within the tool are stored and modified into a local time zone ISO date string
- all dates exported/downloaded from the system are in 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss' format based on UTC time zone
- all dates imported/uploaded into the system are in 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss' format, which are then parsed to a local time zone ISO date string
