I started learning to code in my early 50s when I needed a distraction from my then developing divorce. I'm 60 now. since I began coding as a hobby in 2014-ish, I have chipped away at a vague idea that my professional arsenal of skills should include those associated with web development. Ish. There was something about creating websites for academics; very halfassed.
In fact, the halfassedness of my entire venture into web development is like a case study in adult attention deficit. This might be an interesting sort-of essay to write. Let me do a bit of free/associative writing to tease out some ideas
