This is free mu cms based on dmn mucms 1.2.3 it is open source and does not require any license.
From v1.2.4 minimum php version has been changed to 8.1 upto php 8.3
For php 7 use v1.2.3.9 [No updates for this version]

I have enought knowledge to try to maintain this and even add new stuff for free as much as my time allows me.
