Highlight function name in value definition?

Function name only highlighted in the type definition, probably it should be highlighted the same way in the next line:

Through in Haskell vscode's highlight, it is not so, in Elm both are highlighted and it seems visually more distinct (from params) and helps emphasize that it is the same name.

But probably the subject for discussion.
