Motorola e20 released last year is "incompatible". But a chinese phone from 2018 works.
Investigate licensing is application mirroring allowed?

The phone in question is running a crippled 32bit OS (on 64bit SoC, 🤦 ) https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/moto-e20/Android-version-update/m-p/5217732
TAK requires 64bit OS (though I guess in theory we could try to recompile civtak for 32 bits but lets not)
