Notes on development

There are 3 ways Pyramid Launcher communicates:

  • Electron IPC
    • Close the window (custom title bar)
    • Launch Minecraft
    • Close Minecraft
    • List Minecraft Versions
  • Websocket server
    • Minecraft process status
  • window.postMessage() (used for things that don't require electron intervention)
    • Close Accounts modal
