How to use it

To use this bot it is fairly simple, all you need to do is:

Create a Telegram channel and post your message.
Install Python if you don't already have it installed. Make sure you tick the "Add Python to PATH" checkbox on the first page of the installer. Go to https://www.python.org/downloads, then click "Download Python 3.11.4".
Once you have Python, click here to download the tool. Extract the zip file and open the folder it extracted to.
Open the "start.bat" file (or run pip install -r requirements.txt and python main.py in cmd)
It will ask you to log in to your Telegram account, afterward press n so you don't join groups (if you want to, put a list of groups to join in the groups.txt file), find the ID of the channel where you posted the message and type the same ID in the console.
The console will show you all the messages in that channel, find the ID of the message you want to mass forward and type it in.
