Render Project Overview Modification Date in a human readable format

What are you missing?

Currently the modification timestamp within the project overview is rendered in the ISO format as follows:

However it would be much more readable if the format is simliar to how it is shown in the project summary page

Why do you need a solution?

It would improve readabilty greatly to have the format rendered as specified. Additionally having a harmonized rendering improves the quality of our application.

Ideas

I think the easiest way is to check how the rendering is done in the project summary page and specify the rendering in the project overview modification timestamp similiarly
