In the project, analysis of the House Sales data in the King County, USA took place for the timeframe of May 2014 to May 2015. Dataset for this was found on Kaggle through the following site: https://www.kaggle.com/harlfoxem/housesalesprediction
Along with data analysis, 3 different Machine Learning Models (Multiple Linear Regression, Random Forest, and Artificial Neural Network) were used for the aim to develop a better prediction model for the residential sales and point system for the properties in the King County.
