This repository presents a new model that can be used to carry out computer aid molecule optimizing tasks. If you want to play with the Deep-optimizer class , just import optimize_autovonvergeļ¼and the visalizing tools which is base on juyter platform can be find inside the 'deep-optimize.ipynb' notebook file.
