- Server Catalog: Browse and install from a comprehensive list of available MCP servers
- Multi-Config Support: Manage servers across multiple configuration files (Claude Desktop, VSCode Cline)
- Server Management: Enable, disable, and configure installed servers

- Install the extension from the VSCode Marketplace
- Click the MCP icon in the activity bar
- Use the + button to add your config files
- Browse and install MCP servers
- Click the "Add Config File" button (document icon)
- Select your Claude Desktop or VSCode Cline config file
- Multiple config files are supported
- Click "Browse Available Servers" (server icon)
- Select a category to view available servers
- Choose a server to install
- Select which config files to add it to
- Enable/disable servers using the toggle
- Edit server configurations
- Remove servers when no longer needed
- Visual Studio Code ^1.96.0
- Node.js & npm (for some MCP servers)

: List of MCP configuration file paths to monitormcp-server-manager.autoRefresh
: Enable/disable automatic refresh of server status
