Solo #2 hangs at "Waiting for Solo".

I installed Open Solo from these instructions https://github.com/OpenSolo/documentation/blob/master/install_solex.md using the Solex app. It got stuck here a few times, after rebooting the controller and Solo. I factory reset the controller, no improvement. This is probably ok for now since 1 and 3 appear to be working, but should be fixed eventually.
