Support for Jquery Mobile 1.4

Hi,
First I will like to thank you guys for creating this theme for jqm. I am actually using that in my app and I was wondering if you guys were planning to make it work with jquery mobile 1.4 .. :)
@beaudry12087 yes we plan to upgrade to 1.4 when jqm 1.4 final will be released.

Hey @mkuklis sorry to add up to @domenikniemietz I know you are probably very busy but I was just wondering if you were also planning to upgrade the square UI them to jqm 1.4 . No pressure I was just wondering. I am building an app that use your square ui theme so I hope will be able to upgrade :)
guys sorry about it. The other theme was updated to 1.4 but not this one. I will try to get it done over the weekend. Cheers.

guys I pushed some changes related to jqm 1.4 Please give it a try and report any issues. I haven't had a lot of time to test everything. Pull requests are always welcome. Cheers!
