File LAU2boundaries4spain_1.0.0.tar.gz is more than 100MB. This is currently not allowed.
LAU2boundaries4spain was removed on 12ffa33 but still failing

Also it is weird it is now failing as the last commit of LAU2boundaries4spain was in 2021...
