Convert repo to image chef-like album art service.

With the epic new MyRAW project beginning development, it would not make sense for the media server to handle all the static RAW assets.

As the MyRAW app will be written to configure and server these files, this project will be re-purposed as an album art-only image chef service, "cooking up" images for lot's of places.

After chatting with the team, it would actually probably make sense to have a centralised server specialised at media service.

So even with MyRAW in development, having a standalone media server that defines a single source of truth about image dimensions, image types and compression was found to be a reasonably good idea.
