Verifiable Delay Function (VDF) Implementation in Rust

1. run ./script/init.sh

It initializes the rust. It needs just one time

2. run ./script/install.sh

It installs vdf-cli

3. run ./script/encrypt.sh

You can modify parameters such as x, t, and message in ./scrypt/data/encryption_info.json

4. run ./script/decrypt.sh

It uses ./scrypt/data/decryption_info.json that is auto-generated via encryption
