Install Requirements

$ pip install -r requirements.txt

RUN Flask Application

$ export FLASK_APP=app.py
$ flask run

RUN Tests

$ py.test

RUN Coverage

$ coverage run --source=app -m py.test
$ coverage report -m
$ coverage html
