This code is a boilerplate code for the famous tic tak toe game.
To be done:
- Enhance the UI to look like a tick tac toe game
- Implement the winning criteria for a player
- Display a message if a user wins
Imagine there are 2 players and they can play turn after turn.

- You have to create a new repository on your Github account and share the URL.
