Code Intentions

To encrypt and decrypt by using the shift method that Julias Caeser first implemented.

This will also taking in consideration of uppercase/whitespace/integer characters within the encryption.

Finally, the cracked function will take in an encrypted phrase and inputs it into corpus loader and it returns a portion of what matches.
