Tuts+ Tutorial: Hexagonal Character Movement using axial coordinates

Using axial coordinates to determine pixel coordinates & vice versa. Using this method to create a keyboard controlled character movement in hexagonal tile based level. Also creation of a hexagonal variant of the manhattan heuristic for pathfinding in the hexagonal tile based level.
