Requirements

  • Tensor Toolbox: Add to the path
  • AutoTen: Add code to the path Code
  • NMI code: User can use there own implementation of NMI code. There are sample code available online

How to run

  • Make a directory named result in the same path as runall.m
  • Edit datasetPath and runs variable accordingly in runall.m file
  • Run the script runall.m in Matlab

Computing Entropy

  • main.m shows how to compute entropy.
