Booth-School-of-Business-UChicago-Data-Analysis
I took this class at The University of Chicago School of Business. This class focused on data types, functions, importing and cleaning data with both R and Python. The first half of class we focused only on Python. We used the Pandas library in plotting and doing exploratory data analysis. The projects I did in class included univariate regression in Seaborn, linear regression using Sklearn. The second half of class concentrated on exploratory data analysis and plotting in R. Additionally, it concentrated on predictive models, time series modeling and forecasting in R.
Text-Analytics-UChicago
I was a visiting scholar at the University of Chicago 2021-2022 where I took a grad/undergrad class called Inroduction to Text as Data for Social Science. The class focused on APIs and web-scraping. It also focused on natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, sentiment analysis, topic models, supervised classification, and word embeddings. These are some of the projects I did in class.
