Light issues

My issue is more or less like this one
image (look the image at full size, you will see the dots in the glowing halo) I took the image from Reinbuu-sama (dA) because is the same issue with glowing lights and bloom.
I don't know where it comes from. I have ray.conf untouched.
More people have the same issue but they don't know how to help me.

I found how to fix it by increasing sampling tho. So it can be fixed actually xD

First**, for normal Bloom**: /Shader/PostProcessBloom.fxsub go to BloomScale line and change the number to 1024 or higher.
Second, for the bloom stars go to PostProcessLensflare.fxsub search for the line with StarScale and change the number to 512 or higher.

It's weird because I can recall rendering without pixelated light before on my former PC, but I was also not using 4K resolution... so this is something that is more noticeable when you go further than 720p-1080p I'm assuming (or with W10 I don't have a single clue, but by changing those numbers is fixed anyways).
