Model renders incorrectly in images

Sorry to be a bother, but I'm having some difficulty rendering a particular image.

It appears like this in the MMD window - I'm using Raycast, ikOverray and ikLensFlare effects.

Rendering out of MMD as a .png file gives me a completely blacked out model. All of the model has main.fx on it and material subsets applied. This continues even when the other effects are removed as well.

check if you haven't displayed this option, click it, it will start the render process

this option will not selected when you assign a model to ray.x and remove the model

ray.x was selected and it didn't make any difference.
I also deleted the model and reloaded it again and the same result happened.

This issue continues even when it is a new file - just Tda Miku with main.fx, GrandCanyon and ray.x
