Time of day is Not working on Master

So I want to use the time of day but it doesn't work at all. But strangely Time of night works. Do I have to download a new Version. And what is the newest Version?

i had a problem like this too. when i loaded time of day it would appear gray. just a gray color. i changed my graphic card and it worked perfectly.
