Installation & Setup (MacOS/Linux)

Clone this Repository:

git clone git@github.com:raymond301/MxIF_OMETIFF_QualityAssessments.git

Configure your Python enviroment:

#Check Version (> 3.7.x):
python --version

#Install Dependancies:
pip install --upgrade -r requirements.txt
