Get data that can be used to run Model Personalization from start to finish

We need to develop a plan to get raw data such that we can take a scaled model and full length raw data and run through all modules, get results, plot results and feel satisfactory with the functionality of the modules

@SpencerTWilliams please organize your UF-3 Model Personalization run-through into a single example on nmsm-example. You can add all of the modules to one script file that runs from start to finish. Please comment it a bit to give a little context, but you don't need to be exhaustive.
