[REQUEST] Cost terms to add to DO for v1.1

Based on the team meeting on 10/31/23 the following cost terms should be added to DO prior to release of v1.1:

• metabolic_energy_expenditure_minimization: minimizes the metabolic cost over time
• metaboloc_cost_of_transport_minimization: minimizes the metabolic cost over distance traveled
• inverse_dynamics_load_minimization: we currently have ID loads tracking term, but not minimization - this could be useful for predicting medial thrust gait for example
• whole_body_angular_momentum_goal: we would like to implement this similar to COM velocity minimization where it is a single cost term but the users define the directions they wish to minimize WBAM in; we also would like to implement this as a goal with an error center as opposed to just straight minimization
