Make an entire column area of an excle specific cell as a file and download it

1. Go to http://www.web.com/excletotxt.html?file=./filename.xlsx&sheet=sheet1&line=A&name=name.txt
2. It will download the file named name.txt, which contains row A of sheet1 of filename.xlsx (A2-A last rows)
