RLE-Africa

This repository contains code used to measure progress in spatial and thematic coverage of Red Lists of Ecosystems assessments in Africa.

It includes R-, Python- and Bash-scripts for data download, preparation and calculations. Outputs of the scripts are used in the following journal article:
