What is DynamoDB?

Amazon DynamoDB is a key-value and document database offering a fully managed, multiregion, multimaster, durable database with built-in security, backup and restore, and in-memory caching for internet-scale applications that delivers single-digit millisecond performance at any scale.

While DynamoDB supports many of the popular programming languages alongside .NET applications through its AWSSDK, we can use this for integrating with apps built on ASP.NET Core. To use the DynamoDB library inside our applications we need to install the AWSSDK nuget and we can get started.
