npm i ckeditor5-codeblock-with-syntax-highlight --save

import CodeBlock from 'ckeditor5-codeblock-with-syntax-highlight/src/codeblock'
(Note: comment original import.)
// import CodeBlock from '@ckeditor5/ckeditor5-code-block/src/codeblock'

plugins: [..., CodeBlock]

toolbar: [..., 'codeBlock']
