  • it is fairly common practice to give a specific R version number for analyses done. maybe also add one for python as well? Perhaps add citaitons to both R and python while we're at it.
  • mention make as a tool used in reproducibility
  • add citaitons to Docker and Sweave and make
  • consider putting a snapshot of the whole reproducible repo into a more permanent storage site than GitHub, e.g. Zenodo, dataverse, figshare, etc...
