I Combined pomedoro focus technique with boxed breathing technique to help me focus better durring work while also reminding me to breath in a way that promotes calmness.
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
The technique has been widely popularized by dozens of apps and websites providing timers and instructions. Closely related to concepts such as timeboxing and iterative and incremental development used in software design, the method has been adopted in pair programming contexts.
Box breathing, also known as square breathing, is a technique used when taking slow, deep breaths. It can heighten performance and concentration while also being a powerful stress reliever. It's also called four-square breathing. 4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds exhale, 4 seconds hold.
