API for Miraw project
This project's aim is to be one of the real examples that implemented under The Standard rules.

This project handles a specific case that notifies the "User" about some "Event" that occurs in some "Zone"s. Every zone has at least one "Operator". The operators publish events for zones, and users in those zones will get notified.
