Is NetInfo v6 supported?

Hey,
is NetInfo v6 (https://github.com/react-native-netinfo/react-native-netinfo/releases/tag/v6.0.0) ACTUALLY not supported (as stated in the peerDependencies) or was that just a precaution?
Just wondering if I'll have problems when I update it.
If it's supported, mind changing the peerDependencies? :)
