This repository includes utilities for detecting bird vocalizations from recordings.
Included are:
squiggle_detector.py: the utilitiesnotebook.ipynb: a notebook with examples of how to use utilities- A few other notebooks/python files showing examples of using the utilities
app/: an application, nicknamed "Specky," that allows user to approve/reject detections, recordings, etc.
