This README.md Generator creates a quality README file for the user. All they have to do is answer the questions prompted by the node file and the README file is created with clickable links to the different sections.

Type in "node index" to start the application. This will prompt questions that need to be completed before the README.md file can be created.
Once all of the questions are answered, the users README.md file has been created!
