This repository contain all the code done for the subject BSG(Bioinformatics and Statistical Genetics) of the MIRI (master of innovation and research in Informatics) with the specialty of data science.
The part 1 contains the code of the bioinformatics part. Consist of optimization problems using GNU Linear Programming Kit.
The part 2 contains the code of the statistical genetics part.
