Threader

Multi-threader with threadpool, allowing you to run multiple threads concurrently.

Installation

sudo pip install git+https://github.com/rickdonato/threader.git
sudo pip install git+ssh://git@github.com/rickdonato/threader.git

Usage

To use, create a class using Threader as the base class. Then build your task function. The task function must be named run_task.

At the point all threads have been run the dict() self.results is returned.

To change the size of the thread pool i.e the number of concurrent threads the variable max_pool is used. The default is 12.

>>> t = ThreadTask(range(100),max_pool=100)
