Country Birth Data Scatterplot

A simple scatterplot showing the birth rates of various countries the year 2011 using d3 and Javascript.

Usage

  • The size of the circles represent the number of births. Larger circles > more births
  • The colors of the represent the country's population densite. Lighter green > low population density. Black > high population density.
  • Move the mouse pointer over each circle to pull up a tooltip giving more details on the country including country name, number of births, population, life expectancy, and land area.
