CPlugin branch for SasView.

I have copied the CPlugin branch and modified it to compile in Linux.
$ git clone https://github.com/ricleal/CPlugin.git
$ cd CPlugin
$ mkdir build
$ cd build/
$ cmake ..
$ make
$ ./PluginModel.py
Launch and play with PluginModel.py.
